hey guys I am setting up a 260 gal tank (84"x30"x24") it will be stocked with oscars, green terrors, severums and some earth eaters. as fro bottom dwellers it is up in the air I was thinking a group of some active cats such as pictus catfish and then also a group of loaches. question is which species would you recommend I am looking for some larger loaches maybe 6"+ any that fit the bill also would like them to be active and come out and about and not hide all the time? any suggestions welcome
Thanks
Luke

Clowns come to mind cause of the bigger tankmates.

My clowns hid a lot more when I kept an Oscar with them. Took out the semi aggressive fish and they were coming out all the time. While the clowns weren't injured, they weren't as comfortable and outgoing as they are now.

Not much due to the cichlids. The others will be predated on.

There's a lot of different loaches that get to be 6". Really depends on what you like. Yoyo's are very peaceful and do good in a group or if you're bold get some tiger loaches. They get around 10"-12" depending which kind.
