Haven't really shot this tank much since buffing & polishing it. I figured out what the problem was with my overhead flash (which kept me from shooting the past couple months). Thought I'd shoot Nytazi. He is being a super camera shy booger! I hope the pics (Nyatzi's poses that is) get better than this. In this pic, a moment after I pressed the shutter, Nyatzi went, almost, full flared fins (which I missed - an epic miss).

Anywho, I hope this is the first of serval pics (in this thread) of Nyati's Frontosa Bank. If you like my pics, stay tuned to this thread for future updates as I continue to shoot. Hopefully, Nyatzi will become less camera shy.

BTW: for anyone not familiar with this group... there are 16 wild caught Cyphotilapia gibberosa (Zaire Blue Mikula) in this 240-gallon tank. Four males and 12 females + 1 F1 cull I decided to rescue (name "quasimoto").

Cheers,
Russ

Are you using any spotlights or an overhead flash when you take pictures like these?
