The biggest would be pushing 12". However that would depend on the species of L200 you have.

theres Hemiancistrus subviridis and theres Baryancistrus demantoides

the paper describing them is Werneke, D. C., M. H. Sabaj, N K. Lujan, and J W. Armbruster. 2005. Baryancistrus demantoides and Hemiancistrus subviridis, two new uniquely colored species of loricariids from Venezuela (Siluriformes: Loricariidae). Neotropical Ichthyology, 3 (4) - if you can find it.

Basically B. demantoides is known as the high fin, and i suppose the other as the low fin. Baryancistrus demantoides also has the first two fins joined (dorsal and adipose) by an expanded posterior section of the dorsal-fin membrane, and the differences are shown in the two pictures below...
