the last one is from the big guys at the Better Busines Bureau

This is not a bashing of any sort. I just want to inform everyone about this because it should be brought to your attention. It has recieved an unsatisfactory report at the BBB, and all the copmlaints sound pretty legitimate. We had some similar complaints on this board about the flowerhorns as well.

Be weary if you are ordering from them.

thanks for the heads up. things like this make me never wanna order fish from anyone. makes everyone look bad even though there are great people out there.

hmmmmmm looks like they have something Fishy going on.
j/k I have known of them for years but have never ordered from them.
thanks for the head up

Very good info on an aparently bad company. But why posted in the hybrid forum?

They have quite a few flowerhorns? i think that is there main hyrid on there

Yeah it was brought up before in this section. Someone talked about how they called about their flowerhorns (3-4 inchers) and they don't seperate them and they aren't even the same ones in the picture and stuff. Thats why i posted it on here. But I want to post it on the discus forum as well.I am glad that everyone is so happy about this though. I was really afraid of people saying that I was bashing them or something, but I truly just think everyone has the right to be educated about poor business practices, especially if you are going to be spending a lot of money on fish (which a lot of people on this forum do).

Well you are bashing them...but it is a well deserve beating they are in need of.:naughty:

Seriously there should be more post of this matter, whether they are good or bad, this would make helpful for members to not get ripped off.

I have had similiar problems with them. They would not answer e-mails, sent diseased fish that were dead within 48 hours, etc.

Please do not confuse somethingphishy with something fishy in Cleveland, OH, which is a wonderful company to deal with.
