Hello everyone,my name is Erik P. (ilikewomen) and i have made several of this tanks, but smaller. I finally decided to bite the bullet and make a 90 (48X24x18). You guys might think buying a tank this small would be a better alternative, but you will be surprized.
Item list:
1 gallon latex drylok-$21 (i had it already)
4x8 1/2in OSB(precut)-$8.44
1 liquid nails- $1.50 somethin
1 pound box of 2 in drywall screws-dont remember, ive had these since like 2001.
total- $30.94 (technically 9.94, since ive had the drylok for like 6 months and already used half.)
I already had all the tools (i finished my basement so it was like required i guess)
I know some of the cuts are wrong, but the Home depot guy cut it so its his fault. It still went together nicely.

Pictures:

Precut OSB and some Corner clamps:

Clamped and ready to go:

Back screwed on:

Done (the clamp is clamping a wood chip to the board):

I will start again in a bit,the liquid nails hasnt dried.

Just a top brace,i dont think i need anything around the outside,or maybe i do? Id like more opinions before putting a frame on it.

I dont know about OSB, I think it might be a little flimsy.

I noticed in your other thread you said OSB is stronger then Ply Wood, which isnt true... it maybe cheaper than ply wood but not stronger.
