I want one of these, i was wondering if one could be kept in my three gallon nano? They grow 2".


Also what do they eat.
 
Recommended for a 10G + aquarium. You need a good amount of rocks and coral so they will be happy. If you don't do not attempted to keep one. They are Carnivores and will eat any meaty thing that will fit in there mouth. I had three in my 150G reef. Great fish. Will spend a lot of time in the rock's and coral. A few friends tried them in FOWLR and they didn't last very long.
 
hmm may be able to keep one in my 24 gallon AP then, doesnt have coral but lots of branching LR.
 
the clingfish that live with long spine urchins or the clingfish that look like little clown gobies?
 
He's asking about the second one ;) most likely because they are available right now on most sites.

yeah LA says they are carnivores so i guess any finely chopped/shredded seafood would work
 
do u need a long spined urchin or would some branchimg rock work fine
