Cheesy idea? I know...:D I'm going to use this thread as a journal of my Cichla and try to provide updated pix regularly as they grow. Without further delay, here are my babies.

As of 5/29/09:

My orino from LFS and my venezuelan temensis from Rapps. They didn't want to sell it to me because it had ich but I wouldn't budge and they caved in to cash.

This temensis has lightened up in color since I traded my other one. :irked:

Columbian orinos from Rapps fat off of blood worms:

This guy had spotting that looked different than the others, I hope he turns out nice

John's peruvian monos, hammering freeze dried plankton, frozen krill, and bloodworms:

They want to play with the orinos

Rich's azuls, Rapps 3rd batch Kelberi, and Alex's WC columbian ocells:

All feeding on hikari sticks, shrimp, and krill. I tried live feeders for a bit but it made me nervous so no more!

The kelberi are developing amazing color

The azuls aren't bad either :naughty:

.

My favorite shot of the night:

Hope you enjoyed my pictures, I'll try and update regularly. :)

Nice temensis and orino!!! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Chris, the tem was actually beating up on the orino for a few days but the tides have turned. The orino is no joke, he stands his ground and flares like there's no tomorrow. I was going to get rid of this last temensis but now that the orino wears the pants I might keep him.
