My daughter named him Brainiac. I've had him about 2 weeks now. I've been feeding him Spectrum Thera A, Omega One Cichlid, O.S.I. Flowerhorn Pellets, and, as a treat, bloodworms. Looks like his Kok is begining to grow. Not sure what strain he is. Guessing, from research, a zz? Not even sure he's a he. Currently he shares a divided 29g with a JellyBean and her fry. Will be moving him to his own 75g within a week or two.

I recently bought my first fh. Guessing mine is a zz also. There is more red and less black bar on mine. I can't wait to see what it looks like as an adult!

The colors are much more true without flash, but I can't get the focus right for the life of me!

He's coming along very nicely. Almost double the size since my last post.
 
He's looking great! How's his personality? I love my big fh. I have him in the living room so when guests come over they can be entertained by him. So mean yet so fun?! Lol
