IT Datnoids grow very slow, around 1-2" every six months when they are small and much slower when about 6".
An appropriately sized tank for growing 5 indo dats out to 5-8" is 55g with heavy filtration.
Any pH as long as it is any where from 6.5-7.5 is fine as long as it's stable.
Stable-Bars on body are prominently black, gold around bars is clear
unstable- un-evenly black bars
Changing 14gallons a week on a 55g with 5 (quarter size) datnoids and 4" delhezi is plenty (change two gallons a day)
Starting them off with frozen foods like bloodworms and black worms is the best. Than after the supplies of food run out, start feeding crushed sinking carnivore
Adding stress coat daily will improve stability
Thanks for checking
