Well i finally finished my tank set up
I got the tank from a friend who didnt want it anymore, he told me if i could pick it up its mine, called 6 friends, hopped in the truck and picked it up
its 7x2x2
when i got it home, I desided to make a diy stand here are the pics of the stand build
the base is amde of 2x6 stacked on top of each other
4x4 offer the lateral support
the camera died on me, so i dont have the pics of the top part of the stand but it was made out of 2x4 ladder design with a peice of 1/2in ply on top
got another cam, took a pic of the tank as it sat for a moth as i worked on the sump and with the peice of drift wood in ti releasing the tanis.
recieved my lighting, LED growlights panels 12inx12in 6 of them
plants are growing well in this low tech set up
got the siphon over flows made out of 2in abs with 4in abs in the back T-ed off to 2in abs into a 3 drawer plastic bin silicone onto the 55g tank used for the sump.
sump lighting are 2 t5 bulbs used on my one of my old setups, just incase i decide later to use it as a refuge.
got the front pannles on stained and sealed on the stand
the top of the tank sits at 6ft to be able to fit the 55g with the drawer system...
my siphon system has been running for a month now, with no issues, i've turned off the pump and back on with no issues, checked the primig on both overflows and no air was pulled out.

the tank houses community fish, mainly got it because it was free and i wanted my 2 common plecs to have enough space to grow.
let me know what you guys think =)
