Well I wasn't going to do it. I purposely didn't take any pictures of the build and I wasn't going to say anything until it was all done but I just can't wait to share it with someone other than my wife and kids. I ordered the glass a week ago, they said 2 to 3 weeks and the last coat of Zavlar is drying as we speak.

The build looks pretty solid. Shame on you for keeping it a secret.

Now onto a question: How are you going to seal the glass with the Zavlar?
 
Inside dimensions of the tank are 84x22x36. The viewing area is 78x24. The glass I ordered is 84x30 15mm thick. The overall size of the unit is 87x24x66.
 
It's been my experience that 5200 will stick to anything. I've used it extensively in boat building. We'll find out for sure in a week or so when the tubes I ordered arrive.
 
Got a bit more done this week. Some stain and assembled the lid pieces. Have to go in the next couple days and get some glass made up for the hinged lids and light fixture.
