Here he is a few weeks after I bought him..




And here he is now, around a month or two later.



In this one, you can see the red he's starting to develop on his stomach

that looks alot like mine what kind is he. i bought mine as a red texas.

I got him for $6 from a lfs. He was only marked as a Flowerhorn. I'm guessing he's a Red dragon ZZ, but I'm waiting for more development before I can accurately call it. RT shouldn't really have a defined flower line and should be more red than mine is. How old is he and how much did you pay for it?

i paid 15 for mine i got five they are about 2 inchs right now one has a balloon body. there are pics in the thread here called r.t babies in the hybred section

Definatly not, Kamfa, or Red Tex.
Simply a Zhen Zhou. Low-Grade.
Wow has he grown in the month or 2, Nice job.

They are probably Texas/BP crosses if they're that cheap (no offense) that would explain the Short Body one. A high grade RT will run in the 100's + :p

Exactly what I was thinking, lol. And I'm not expecting anything high grade for $6 from a LFS, haha.
