getting close......

i dont like my idea on the overflow tube to the drawer.
anyone have any suggestions?pics?

and putting the overflow elbow at an angle will quiet it right?
or should i just point it down?

another bulkhead in the top perhaps? That would leave the drawer functional and make it easier to change filter media.
