I started this tank/pond build to house my stingrays in. It measures 15 feet long is 3 feet wide and will be 30" deep right at 750 gallons. I am getting close to completing this project so I figured I would post my progress. I have the lids built now so all I need to do is to put the acrylic windows in, water test, then do all the plumbing and electrical. It is elevated off of the floor so I can clean under it, is insulated all around with R13, and is sealed using fiber glass resin and then top coated with Sweetwater epoxy. I went with a black bottom and dark blue sides as you can see in pics. I used 4 coats of resin with two layers of matting in the joints and 2 heavy coats of epoxy to seal it.

Very nice start! Just curious why u went 15' long and only 3' wide? Thought being a ray tank they might like more width? Either way very nicely done!

Space mainly, it is along the side of my garage and my wife said she still has to be able to fit her car in there. In order to keep it 3 feet wide with the 3/4 plywood and 2x4 walls it is actually 45 inches wide on the outside.
