BTW, that place is a two hour plane ride from Canton, its on some island near Hong Kong I think. Im not sure about the name but it was really nice and when you convert the prices of things there its pretty great. The natives there were poor though and I felt bad for them--tons of them were selling these wild caught souveniers(large sea shells, dried starfish, dried mushroom corals(badd for environment I know)"

I didnt want to buy at first but the old lady kept bargaining with me and I felt really bad(I didnt want to buy the corals becuase its bad for the environment). I end up feeling sorry for the lady though(she was standing the the sun all afternoon for 4 hours looking for customers and most people just pushed her away or ignored her, plus it was like freaking 95+ degrees-- in fact she looked sunburned) so I bought four handfuls, about half pound, of the stuff for 10 yen=$1.20 USD. Also went scuba diving and jetski although those were quite expensive compared to the prices of things on that island( 300yen for 30 minute diving and 200 for the 10 minutes jetski)

Does anybody know the name of this place?
