Fly river turtle help

Saturday my fly river showed a patch of white on his back foot.
Everything is good in my 75 crushed coral, salt tablespoon per 5 hallon. UV in filtration. Did a 50% water change last night been treating with betadine solution every day . Getting ready to use acraflavin tonight? Any suggestions?

Probably fungus, fly turtles get it very often, treatment is put a lot of salt in the water or even better, turn it salt water and use antifungals
