The old thread got kinda messy with date changes, and potential postponement, but we're officially in business!
Here's the plan...
We're going to meet up at Pets Place 2 in Nanuet at 10am. It's got a large parking lot, plenty of space, and in an easy-to-find shopping center. We can do an informal meet and greet, check out the store, and work on car pools. For the sake of tolls and treacherous NY roads, the fewer cars we have in the group, the better.
From there, we're going to cruise to Beitals Aquarium in Pearl River, just down the way. Craig always has some incredible fish in his tanks, so you don't wanna miss this one.
There's an awesome BBQ brewery a stone's throw from Beitals where we can grab lunch and kick back a couple. We went here for the last NJAS shop hop and it was dynamite. This will be the last stop on this side of the Hudson. Once we wrap up lunch, we head to Queens.
Monster Aquarium in Flushing is the shining star of this tour. That's our next stop. Johnny runs one of the best shops in the area so let's show him some support.
Kissena Aquarium is the last leg of the tour and just a couple blocks from Monster. Well head there before packing it in and heading back to Nanuet to reunite everyone with their cars.
Soooo, I apologize for the confusion in the last thread, but we are 100% a go for this one. Set your alarms and save the date: it's on at 10AM on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Be there or be square.
