There aren't that many recent photos to post. I did take some for documentation, so might as well share 'em!

Red tiger motaguensis var. 'Rio Copan' have not been widely available for quite some time. The below photos are of actual stock that are 3-3.5" size @ 25 each.

Brilliantly colored 'green terror' or 'gold suam' with red trimmed fins are on hand at 3-3.5" @ 15 each

aequin3.jpg

Keeping in mind I have many, many other rarely offered acara species in stock (see stock list below including species from Aequidens, Andinoacara, Bujurquina, Cleithracara, Laetacara, Krobia, Tahuantinsuyoa).

I have two jumbo F1 male red istlanum as a very rare offer. They are 8-9" @ 150 each

I've recently received some 2.5-3" Peruvian Cichla monoculus @ 18 each

As you can see in below stock list, I also have azul and melanaie bass in stock as well.

How cool are clown loaches. That's a rhetorical statement and not meant to be posed as a question.
They display colors rivaling many marine fish. They are out and about much of the day (especially when they smell food!). They are decidedly curious fish and interact/entertain with other clowns.
Plus they are certainly capable of hanging with robust fish such as large growing cichlids, etc. They posses a pair of sub-opercular spines that function not unlike a pair of switch blades located directly under each eye. If you've ever heard a clicking sound that is literally audible from outside their aquarium, that would be your clowns flicking their spines. Fish attempting to share their lair at that time are likely to remember not to push the clowns around in the future.
Current stock includes 3" sized clowns @ 15 each

cl.loach.jpg

An attractive looking and sometimes specifically-requested barb that grows to about 10" is the 'lemon fin barb'. I have 2.5-3" sized stock @ 12.50 each

Here is a South American cichlid that is both acara-like and earth eater-like; ei: the most acara-like of the earth eater species.
Guianacara species are generally reserved in character, coexist well with conspecifics (their own species) as well as with other similar-sized tank mates, and really shine if/when you are rewarded with spawning coloration and consequent behavior!
Currently available are G. stergiosi @ 2.5-3" @ 15 each

stergiosi.jpg

IMG_6418.JPG

btw, if you are interested in earth eaters (Geophagus, Gymnogeophagus, Guianacara, Biotodoma, Satanoperca, Acarichthys, Retroculus species)- as I very much am!), you can find many other earth eater species from the above genus names in stock list below.
