pleco is sick (white poop)

hello everyone
so i have a year old pleco who seems to be sick
he hasnt eatten in some days now and i came home today to him on the glass with white poop
ive seen white poop in fish but not plecos
wondering if you guys could tell me what it is and how to treat
here are some pics

About treating:
he is in a 46 bowfront growout
along with
1 baby oscar
1 baby JD
one pictus catfish
all other fish poop is normal color and eat normally

what does he normally eat and is there anything else wrong other than his poop? what other fish are in the tank with him and are any of them showing any signs of illness/distress? have you tested the water parameters for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? what species of pleco is it if you know, how large, and what size tank? the more details you can give the more likely someone will be able to identify what is wrong if anything and give you some help.

water is 0-0-10
pleco is a year old
about 8-9inch
eats waffers
loves the left over fish pellots
and zucnni
but latly hasnt been wanting to eat
i havnt seen him pooping anymore latly
but stomach looks sunk in a little not to the point were hes horrible
there is another pleco in there and he is eating fine looks fine
all other fish fine

Is it possible that you Plec just at a lot of Zuccinni and that caused its poo to be white?

My Plec's poo is white after it gorges itself on Zuccinni.

yes i no a plecos poop is white after zucinni but it was fed to him on thursday night so i dont think its from that
the pop looked almost like yarn very think

I have larger but similar fish to yours (Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps) and judging by the size of it's (my fish's) anus, that is a very very large discharge. Is it still there? If so, perhaps a haemorrhoid.
