"Normal" TSN is not a single fish but a genus consisting of either 4 or 8-9 species - the scientists cannot agree yet, but anyhow, there is 4-9 described genuine species.

Your fish is a man-made hybrid, produced in a Petri dish. A cross between one of the TSN species, likely fasciatum, and an achara catfish aka marbled pim catfish aka Leiarius marmoratus, a fish from the same family but a different genus.

I can't find any additional info on him, what is its expected size. I know typical TSN get big i want to know if the hybrid will get the same size because if they don't I'm worried my RTC will eat him

I'd say 1' in 6-10 months; 2' in 2 years, usually no more than 2.5' even over a long time.
