The stand for the 40s came today

The double stand for the two 40 gallon tanks that I got in august came in the mail today. It is just like the stand I am using for the two 40s that are set up. It was really easy to assemble.

Nice! Titan-Eze metal stand. I've got the 75g version and keep a 75g on top and a 55g on the bottom. They don't look the part and seem flimsy, but mine has been in service 3-4yrs now. No issues.

Supposedly my 75g version is designed to hold twin 75/90/120g tanks. I couldn't imagine twin 90s or 120s. in that small a footprint. That's a LOT of weight on the floor.

Yep, they are quite the bargain when it comes to stands. Like I say, I was a bit scared at first with my double 75g stand because the stand seemed flimsy. With two tanks on them, they are very stable. I got my mine on sale for $79 shipped from the Docs some years back. Here's a pic of mine:
