Come on kida, still watching here also, cant wait to see it filled as i think i said before your build is very close to what i will be doing but 7x4x3, i will have to take the window out of the conservatory to get it in and thats the biggesr window and hole i can make...so SWMBO says LOL.

I am going to look at getting the corner window bent out of one sheet of glass, but if yours works aswell as cvermeulen tank has it will be more cost effective.

Well here's an update. The sumps are all done filled them with scrubbies, wet dry balls, pond matrix and poly fill for mechanical filtration.

Next came the glass. I got 3/4" starphire and these pieces weighed a ton. I think the big piece came out to around 200lbs.

You can see the web cam I put in the tank as well. Made a little housing with leftover acrylic and 1" pvc. Plugged it into a usb/ethernet adapter. Ran it to my pc and now I can watch fish from my office.

This weekend is the first fill. I'll probably fill it halfway to let the wood soak and the weight settle. Then in a week fill it up.

I've tripled checked all seals and connections got my fingers crossed...

Hahaha That Webcam idea is amazing. Very clever I think you might wanna get a few cays for that tank. Just as like a clean-up crew.
