Nice. How do you like it Chon? I'm on the fence between the 7d and the 5d Mark ii. I'm coming from my old 20D which took some great pictures 8 years ago, but I could use a new rig, I think.

Personally I like the 7D, I was torn between the MK II as well. But the tracking on the 7D is much faster than the MK II. I use the camera for a lot of motor sports photography. The faster the better for me, of course the MK III will have the same tracking system just like the 7D but for another $1000. Also the winning factor going with the 7D over the 5D MK II was the devotion to the EF lens line up. I currently shoot with the Canon 70-200 F4 IS L and Tamron 17-50 VC F2.8 which works well for my liking such as motorsports and portraits. I do plan on buying a prime lens soon but not the 1.2L which I will probably use very rarely.

Yeah, I have a 10-22 wide angle efs that would be worthless on a mark ii. I would hate having a great lens that was worthless because of platform choice. I think the 7d probably leads for in this area. Although not all fish related, here are a few of my favorite pics over the last few years
A few more. All taken with a Canon 20d and I *think* my 70-200 f/4L. I have some good ones of Bonds from when he visited DC to play the Nationals. I'll have to dig those up sometime soon.

Here's a few more. Some fish, some not. All Canon 20d I'm pretty sure. I have been going through a bunch of old pictures taken over the last few years and realized how many I have that are just awful, and a few that are good. I guess that's the fun of it.
