Beautiful ray Brent.
Are you absolutely sure it came out of Brasil ? I can only see it getting better, how big is it?
i was told it came in with a shipment from brazil when i ordered some black diamonds. it was labeled as a brazil motoro.do you have diffrent information on these richard?i knew they (i sold him a pair) were going to turn out special!

Hi diggin.
Been to Brazil and seen one or two Motoro's but none looked like that. The thing is its a big place lol, I didn't get a chance to explore every river in 3 weeks!
Sorry, no I have no information,if you say this ray is from Brazil then I would never question you on that, its a very interesting find if it is, it would be nice to know what river it was captured.

After a long absence from posting this ray has brought me back into the light.

Your ray is amazing . This is one of the nicest rays I've seen posted in such a long time .

It reminds me of MichaelH's "sun ray".

We still dont know what it really is.

I think this is a perfect opportunity to say that the motoro family is the nicest rays in the hobby.
From the aaa marbles & minis to pearls ,boesemani .......now too these amazing animals I see pictured in this thread.
Truly amazing rays guys , I'd take one of these over any black ray any day of the week :)

Someone has to have older pics of these things...... I thought I took cell pics but I didn't. The original rays in this thread looked like average or a bit above Marbles. NOTHING like they look now. Probably one of the craziest transitions I've ever seen. I know there has to be some older pics....

"Super spot" motoro x falkneri (jaguar/castexi) bred by former exporter Raul in peru.

Same thing could happen in the wild/Brazil. :)
