I had done a past and present thread before here in the Photo Lounge and decided to start anew with some of my originals re-edited better then they where originally. So here they are most of my collection to date, some are still with me and some have moved on to new homes and some have unfortunately perished. Feel free to comment or ask any questions you'd like if you see a fish you don't recognize and would like to know more about or even my camera settings, by the way the pics where edited using a free program-PhotoScape. Enjoy .............

I've also added a quick video of a 1/4 of one of my tanks so you could see my BDC's, who you never see until feeding time, hence the floating particles in the video. They're almost impossible to photograph so I decided to do a quick vid for them.

Great picture of your wolf!
Thanks I appreciate the compliment, in my opinion Curupira are the best wolves because they get to a decent size are fairly active swimmers and if you provide them with somewhere to perch they'll happily do so and watch everything else in the tank like a stalking hawk.

The chinese perch and the curupiras are my favourites of all your flawless fish! Do you have any tankmates with the wolf?

Thanks a lot man, it ain't easy taking a decent fish pic so I greatly appreciate the compliment. The Parrot was a dyed parrot(originally purple) bought for me by an ex who didn't know about dyed fish, still he's hangin' in there and is currently at least 10 inches and the current boss of the tank.

Thanks man, I do try my best to maintain them as best I can and that just brings out natural their beauty. The Wolf was sold at about 12 inches(probably bigger) but up until then comm'ed well with the Lyonsi, BP, Armatus, Synspila, Green Terror and a 6 inch Bocourti. Never had any problems with him except getting him off of frozen onto pellets which is why I sold him, I got tired of thawing shrimp, filets and the occasional pinky rat and then having to stuff them with pellets. Though I will say on that diet he grew from 8 inches to 12 inches exceptionally fast out pacing everyone else in the tank.

Amazing, just amazing!
Thanks a lot man, I spend a lot of time waiting for them to be in a decent position all while manually focusing and then the tedious pic editing so I appreciate you taking the time to compliment the pics and stock.

Here's another video, I think it came out clearer but there's no audio on it. I had fed them in order to get the catfish to make an appearance again and by the way it 10 minutes long so you may want to cut out early viewing it.

And another couple of pics, first one is something I wanted for a long time and up until recently didn't even know the name of this rarely seen cichlid.

-Any one care to give a guess as to the rare juvenile cichlid pictured below in the first pic?

-Or if your an O expert how bout ID'ing the two rarely imported Oscars featured in my thread?

-Or guess as to what in the world the Trachy's are doing in the last pic?
