What fish can live in very cold water?

I wonder which of the fish farms in Florida sells them XD. I see a fishing trip in the future for people wanting one of these guys, gonna need a big plastic bag for shipping though, double bag just to be safe .

define cold. and if it's freezing, then no fresh water fish I know of can survive freezing. there are some salt water species that can survive being frozen in a block of ice because they have proteins that keep them from freezing because the water they live in is below the freezing point..
