I bought a 320 gallon tank that has a 2" hole drilled in the bottom on each side. Question is what size bulk head would I need and with just one 2" hole for return and exit water enough for my tank. I could drill the hole bigger or add additional holes if needed. the bottom is double layered and almost an inch thick so it will be fun to drill

Are you positive the holes are exactly 2 inches in diameter?

A 1" bulkhead fitting usually calls for a 1-3/4" hole and fittings 1-1/4" need a 2-1/4" hole.

Is the tank glass, acrylic or something else?

yeah the hole is 2" the bulkheads that came with the tank are about 1 3/4. Also I will be running a reeflo dart pumping at 3600gph will just 1 return and drain at this size be enough? Should I drill the hole bigger or add more holes?

Maybe its 2 1/16 hard to measure in the trailer but pretty sure its 2". Maybe I could pug the holes and make a DIY overflow for more current, bottom is an inch thick and dont really want to drill it
