I'm not sure you will be able to expect a successful spawn with the other fish in the tank. If the parents don't end up eating the eggs or fry then the other fish will. I don't think there will be any other outcome.

If you are serious about breeding them then I recommend moving the two angel fish into a tank of their own.

If the Angels lay eggs, I'd like to raise them for the experience over selling them for money.

Before I left for vacation, I realized that all of the eggs had fungus. The male only fertilized about half of the eggs, and I forgot to separate the unfertilized eggs. Sorry that I didn't update the thread sooner.

No worries. As far as raising them, I don't think you will have a chance while they are in a community tank. There are just too many other chances for the other fish to eat the eggs/fry or for the parents to get stressed and do it. I think if you want to have a chance at success you need to move the pair into their own tank.

I was going to raise any fry that hatched in a hang on breeder net.
