Looks like a bit on ammonia and a lot of nitrates. Your rays will be susceptible to bacteria infections. You need to get more filters or sumps and do more water changes. Try to keep those nitrates down to 20 or lower. Your on a fast track to losing rays.

The picture is bad for the ammonia. It is actually bright yellow. There is 0 ammonia. I do have high nitrates though. Roughly 30ppm. Funny you mention fast track to loosing rays as I have 3 retics that have lived in this same environment for over 3 1/2 years. They breed for me all the time. But hey what do I know. I am just an amateur. I will put pothos roots in my tank like I do for my discus. Keeps my nitrates down to about 5ppm.
