I will be understanding and okay with it if they can ship it today. I won't be home all day Friday. I'm just trying to stay positive. It's gotta come right?
I hope it does. Its not your fault its theirs. Its your time and money and they have not fulfilled their obligation. Its a contract when you pay for goods you should receive it in a timely manner.

What is their policy about DOA? Shipping is not covered?

Yeah I will. They have a live arrival guarantee. I wish I could have recorded all my phone calls too. I was a little nervous when I ordered just from the things I've heard but the girl was nice and I was feeling comfortable up until Monday night when I realized it wasn't coming and then it hit me that it might never come. Bummer

So if something happens they just get to keep the $80 I paid them? What if they never end up shipping it?

They are a legit business and I can't imagine you will get burned. Sometimes with stock like fish I am more willing to accept this kind of stuff because it means the fish has more time to develop any problems related to being imported. That said, getting jerked around by a retail store is always frustrating. I think this is an infrastructure problem on there side, as opposed to them being super shiesty.

That is true. If it's going to die or its sick id rather that happen before I got the fish. Positive thinking works again. Thanks

And yes the piranha is pretty aggressive and he's the only person that knows how to package and handle it properly. We rather wait for the owner who will make sure that your fish gets there safe. And yes, we do need special packaging since this is a larger piranha. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to call us.

I'm just wondering why the owner couldn't come to ship the fish on time? I certainly am fine with wanting to wait and make sure it was packed properly. Just not sure why the special packaging and such wasn't bought last week after my order was placed so it would be ready to ship out on time. But I can wait to talk to you later when you call to give the shipping details. At the end of the day if I get a healthy fish I'll be happy.

I know the owner the new ppl are learning. He probably didn't what the new ppl to send the fish out b/c they need to put it to sleep if u use to much u can kill the fish. give him some time I am sure he will make it rite it's better the fish gets to u alive and healthy more then anything.

I agree 100%. Just think they should try and make it a priority to get the fish out when they say they will. Personally if I was an owner of a company my first priority would be customer service. I would probably go my business and ship the fish on time. But that might just be me thinking as a non business owner.
