had a bad year last year with injuries so I haven't settled on a max for any yet in 2017, before I screwed myself up my bench was at 255 if I remember, squat was at 325ish, and DL's I really don't do enough to figure out a 1 rep max though I should considering they are the best exercise lol.
I'm reading this thinking "benching 255kgs, damn, Preds a tank!" Then I remembered that Americans use lbs... Still, 110ish kgs isn't bad, Jeff's best was 170 (I think, don't hold me to that) back when he was 21, and after 10 reps he was absolutely buggered and couldn't move properly for a few days afterwards hahaha
Hobbies besides fishkeeping... Listening to assorted tunes, dancing like an idiot to assorted tunes, singing horribly to assorted tunes... Umm... I think that's it...
Oh! And I'm usually tinkering with the design of my wedding dress... Which is kind of pointless atm but oh well, its fun.
