nice progress you have completed the good body part now for the colors i think you should from this point start feeding him with red sun from okiko his head bald will turn completly red, or another redening food

Hiker Blood Red Parrot is a good food for more red that brings the color out more naturally. There are a bunch of products out there that can bring out a deeper red very quickly BUT many of these foods are not healthy for your fish. Anything with "power pink" or "pink pat" stay away from.

Any tips for bringing out more red colour of his front body especially the kok! Could anyone suggest some food that enhance red colour?

Grand Sumo Red is the best food to enhance the color safely. I also suggest changing the gravel to a darker color, Estes deep river gravel is probably the look for your tank.
