Same. Zz type too small to sex
Also, I have to go in Sunday afternoon on a one week road trip to visit my relatives, so no one will be feeding it because my whole family is going. I know flowerhorn can last long without food but I want it to grow fast to see male or female and it's true potential

So the question is will it improve it's color, kok and size by the time I get back which is after a week?

That flowerhorn looks insanely stressed. Look at its colors and clamped fins. You need to make sure your water parameters are good before you buy anymore fish.
No that was when I put it into a new tank. And how much does flowerhorn grow without food in a week.

Not much. An already skinny flowerhorn should not go a week without food. It certainly will not help it

I am feeding the good markings one 4 times a day and got a divider so now both of it is in the 55 gallon, about 22.5 and 22.5 for both.

Small tanks are good for growing kok around this age.I saw a dude grow his flowerhorn in a few months to big kok and size in a 15-20 gallon tank on YouTube before

If a flowerhorn can see another flowerhorn in a divided tank it will effect the kok growth in a big way. I experienced this personally with about 4 juveniles that I raised. When those 4 juveniles got into a tank by them selves without the presence of another fish their kok became huge! Flowerhorns are fine not eating for a week as long as they are healthy going into that fasting period, just don't expect any growth. Also I feel like I need to clarify my "good markings" comment since you are now using that term. When I said "good markings' I should have said "flower line" or "plums" describing the solid black line running down that fish's side. For many hobbyists this is a desirable trait.
