Get a back ground on that tank. Backgrounds are really important for many fish species, especially flowerhorn to feel secure. That will reduce his stress tremendously. Then consider throwing in a plastic anchored plant or two for him to have something to interact with and swim through.

i allready bought some plastic plants for him... you just can't see them in the picture... this is just a home for him for another week... thank my bigger AQ should he cycled and i can put him in the bigger one... and the bigger one of course has an background :)

Are you using a filter from an established tank to help cycle the new one?

Not much to go on from pic... dorsal fin isn't clear and poss still developing and can't see vent clearly .. but there are no black markings on the dorsal fins so the odds are in favour of male
