Its weird shes not even making contact most of the time and its not at the other poly fins. She gets sort of close and nips at the "air" sending the intended poly scurrying. If i had to guess she displaying some sort of dominance like "hey im the big hommie now"

Yeah. My recent bully Congicus does this. If my other Congicus doesn't react to it. Then it proceeds to actually biting. Probably just trying display dominance like you said.
