Stay away from anything live. You are risking a stomach infection. A well rounded and diversified diet is extremely healthy for your flowerhorn. Cooked finely chopped shrimp is a great choice for your fish. Frozen Blood worm is another nice treat. Save yourself from the headaches and infections that can come from live foods.
