Yeah I got a plan for him don't worry about that and he's only in the little tank so he could get betterA 100 gallon will be too small for a fire eel for life, a 180 is minimum but bigger is always better
OK and I was gonna put it with tinfoil barbs and some silver dollars and some angelsBigger tanks have more stable water, the bigger tank the better always. But if you nee it alone it will be fine in a well established tank as long as the water quality is fine. Daily water changes are a good substitute for perfect water conditions, 25% per day will be good for this I think.
OK I will the plan was to put it in a 33 till it was a foot long then move it overKeep it all very quiet for now, prefect water, dark and leave it alone. If you are unsure about water quality then test with good quality amooinia, nitrite and nitrate kits (not dip strips) and I am sure it will be fine.
