yes, not in it for the money, but would love to just recover my cost. received a few offers to buy this pair, but not letting them go. It'll be a personal satisfaction for me to see a full tank of bichirs (african type biotope) and share these with other hobbyist at a reasonable price.

Is the tank covered? I've read that for their lungs to develop properly they need to have very warm moist air. If it's not covered I'd suggest you cover it with glass or plexiglass to keep in heat and moisture.

Oh yeah that looks good and humid. Of coarse I'm not an expert on poly lung development.
What about food and eating? do you see them eat? Have you tried live daphnia or gammarus shrimp? Ive heard that is what the breeders in Asia feed to almost all fry they raise to export.

only have microworms to feed. I have seen the frys chasing some worms that fall at the bottom but most of them ignore it. I even placed a light on their tank, but I don't think it helps and just took it out to keep a dark environment.

I have a breeder friend who took some 1cm fry to grow, hopefully will get something out of that batch. the one you see on that pic is the longest i can keep them alive, all other frys died and i ended up with 1 from that batch. it is about 3weeks old. hopefully i can keep it alive.
