Hi i would like to get ideas on how to stock my 75 gallon tank... it is cycled and i would like to keep my Fire Eel and Hi-Fin Plecostomus in the tank with whatever you come up with. Thanks

Is this tank going to be your largest tank for the next few years or are you planning to get another tank that will be much larger soon? For example are you planning to get a 220 gallon tank in 12 months?
People need to know that or you may get some very confusing or contradictory answers, some of which will work out badly if you don't get a new & larger tank "soon."

How big are the eel and pleco?
what is your tapwater like? (pH, hardness, etc.)
A 75 is not really big enough for a fire eel or hi-fin (common or gibbiceps, I assume) pleco long-term. If they are small, you probably have about a year before the eel outgrows the tank. I believe a 180 gallon is the recommended minimum size for a fully grown fire eel, as they can grow to a few feet in length.
So, we could give you recommendations for new stock if you want to re-home the fish, or recommendations of fish that may work with your current stock in a much larger tank. But there aren't any good recommendations to go with that stock in a 75 gallon.

well i am planning on keeping the tank for about 5-6 years than i want to upgrade to a tank over 200 gallons

i would like a very colorful and busy aquarium with something strange for when i have guests over that way i can show them the weird fish
definitely. i see a lot of folks running 75s with extra heavy duty filtration for african cichlids. usually a 40 gal sump in addition to a canister. probably not completely necessary but it seems like the africans are more demanding in terms of water quality.
