Looks to be a hybrid. I believe viktor will know.

I can offer my opinion. It looks perhaps genuine to me based on the PCF photos, albeit the genuine ones do not appear to sport such thin light lines as this specimen (hybrids appear to do): https://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=552

But its head is so dark - looks like the pattern on the head would be one way to distinguish a genuine ornatipinnis from these closely-look-alike hybrids:

If need to be 100% sure, the best shot is to post on PCF. IMHO.
