So, I had a few threads for different tanks with some pictures, but I wanted one place to post pics of my fish. So I am just going to update this thread with pictures as my fish grow and as I get new ones. Also just started shooting with dslr, so will have better quality photos than before.

I will get some good pictures of my other cichlids soon. Still learning how to work the camera. But excited that I can take better quality pics.

Those crenicichla are awesome! Goodness I need some one day, how do yours behave?

Also, DSLR is a lot of fun to shoot with for fishies! The quality of your pictures are great, looking forward to the rest!

And out of curiosity, what lens, shutter speed and aperture of your photos? I usually shoot at F2.8 for maximum light exposure when I use a 22-55mm lens, or F5 set when I use a 100-200mm lens from a few metres away. I still have to cut a lot of the photos, maybe one in 10 is focused.

Thanks! You can have mine hah. They behave pretty well, he nips her fins once in a while when they get riled up. I have them in a 90g, probably going to try to sell or re-home to somebody with a bigger soon.
The camera, I am shooting in auto right now until I figure out what I am doing. These were shot with a 350 lens. They were wider, I cropped the pics down. I have a long way to go before I am a good photographer, but it will be fun to learn.

Thanks for the nice words everyone

Sounds like a great tank!
I agree it was difficult to get anything worth posting with the camera phone
