Thanks everyone for responding! This poly in particular is a little ridiculous.
Uh Oh........ This Del also ate a flourish tablet.

Pinky(the albino) wishes that would happen. hahaha. I almost made a photoshop version of him as godzilla. Need to get a good pic first ;) Preferably in mid roar.

I think it will be fine. I would feed it Epsom soaked pellets. It will act as a laxative. Look at the sticky "treating hexamita" in the health section for the mixing instructions.
I'll look into that if he still has a bump in the next few days. It seems to have gone down or at least moved to the middle of his belly.

Should be fine, just one question, why do you need to use flourish tablets? From what i know flourish tabs are meant for sensitive plants is your not using soil or any flourish substrate, do you have sensitive plants like crypts?
I am using flourish tabs and flourish excel/potassium liquid ferts. Although I have pretty low tech plants, I haven't been able to successfully grow anubias or amazon swords. Mainly my tank is an algae farm, but has some vals that are doing pretty well despite the algae patches. o_O So i figured buying more plants and dosing would try to help things survive? Also my substrate is PFS and black sand. Light is a sunblaster.

Substrate is fine, idk if buying more plant will help with the algae tho. How deep to you bury the tablets? Maybe you need to bury it deeper. How strong is your light? Im using a usa current sattelite that i can adjust the brightness and the plants are doing fine, i havent had the algae break (knock on wood). Is your tank has a direct access to sunlight?

"Although a good portion of our municipal plumbing systems have been modernized, nearly all of them still have old lead pipes in-line which can create deadly high-lead levels in our drinking water. The cost of replacing these pipes is astronomical, so another solution was found. Several years ago, water treatment plants started introducing a phosphorus compound into our tap water which binds to the lead in the pipes and coats them so that lead does not get into our water. Unfortunately, this has had the bad side-effect of creating rather high levels of phosphates in tap water. We have tested levels of over 0.50 parts per million in our tap water. Our test kits only measure up to 0.10 ppm, and we have had to dilute our samples by as much as ten times to achieve accurate readings! This high level of phosphates in the tap water has been a major cause of rapid algae growth in aquaria for the last few years. We lower these levels considerably by using phosphate-removal filter media in your external filter. However, every time you change the water, you actually add more phosphates to the aquarium. If the city uses more phosphorus from time to time, the algae can grow back almost immediately after your aquarium is cleaned"

I have been pushing the tabs in so they are covered. For the light I have one sunblaster;I think it’s a 4 foot long T5. There is direct sunlight to the side of the tank.

That’s awesome you haven’t had an algae outbreak!

That sounds about right. My phosphate numbers have always been extremely high.

Okay so this is the 2nd time I’ve seen Pinky (the albino sen aka P.I.G. Aka Piggie Smalls) seemingly stuck underneath the del. the first time I dug him out cause I wasn’t sure. This time I just watched. I can’t even with this fish. Hahaha. He’s so ridiculous.
