I made my first-ever digital painting last night:

I like it; it's a great first try! The fish has an awesome watercolor feel. I've not had a chance to dabble in digital. Everything I do is paint, pencil, marker, etc. I would love to find time to do digital.

Digital is hard there's so much to learn, and you don't get the feel of the paper and medium to help you, but there are definite advantages to digital painting, and I'm starting to see rhem. You can use layers to separate parts, undo mistakes, change colors and many other things.

I did make my profile pic. It is a Jikin Goldfish. It is a crayon drawing/painting that I applied a digital filter to. Here is the original crayon drawing. Thank you.
