I have been away from MFK for a while, but I finally got around to smoking a pork shoulder a couple weeks ago, and I was thinking about pops the whole 10 hours!

Yum! They both look delish, been thinking about doing ribs, except instead of using barbecue doing it in honey mustard

Just some Mix I found online. Typical run with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and brown sugar.
