Hmmm, I wonder if you can just call or use Oliver's website and not facebook. It's a no brainer with lower shipping.

You could try as it would save greatly on shipping costs. I think most people use Facebook or messenger these days and you will generally get a reply within the hour. All my contacts are now through this media and very rarely email.

Do you know Chris Biggs and Jonathan Sztraczenszky? I believe they are getting names together to bring in a large North American order. Maybe worth contacting them too?

Would you possibly have an email address I could contact for the NA order? Would love to pick up a copy of the book (looks amazing), and saving on shipping to US would be a big plus
