I can't sleep after either. I'm used to sleeping without being touched. So, after the deed I usually stay awake until she gets off. If I fall asleep then wake I start to panic a little.I'm the opposite lovin is like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning for me. She passes out I lay there thinking how I can get her off my chest so I can go eat some cinnamon toast crunch and watch john wick

I'm not sure, I see my doctor this arvo so I'll talk to her about not sleeping properly. Almost everything requires a prescription here..Can you get zquill? I use that if I haven’t gotten sleep in days/weeks or if my overall sleep pattern needs resetting. It just gently makes you sleepy and helps you stay asleep but won’t make you wake up groggy.
I’ve had two kids, plus our puppy we got 3yrs ago. Those were some tough times. Lol I agree we are not ment to live off so little sleep.

It's a natural supplement that your body normally produces itself but taking about 10-15mg each night will help you to get into a better sleep cycle. I've had trouble sleeping my entire life, I'm the king of insomnia lol. I use to take Tylenol PM, Zquill, sleeping pills with diphenydramine, pretty much everything they made I tried. Nothing worked better for me than getting on a routine of taking 15mg of Melatonin.

Neither is the rigorous exercise. Over the last 12 months or so I've lost almost 15kgs and am right back to where I was 5 years ago.
One of my favorite meals for dinner. When i don’t want anything heavy.I just got some Frosted Flakes. I remember I hated those as a kid. They're a treat now.
