****tens.....LOL!.....got some rather funky co workers there,Pyru?

I remember 1 week(6 days) working 78 hours. On the last day 1 worked only 6 hours and had to go home exhausted. It was physical work.

*Note: the 12 hours I mentioned earlier was a normal shift. The week I mentioned was not normal.

At one point in the Army my schedule was 24 on 24 off. It was a special hell.

Eventually we got more manning and it went to 24/72. That was the best schedule I ever had lol

That’s an awesome schedule! My best one was
4 x10 hr days. Any overtime was max 8 hrs on Friday. 0 weekends. Most weeks were four 10’s.

4 10 hour days sounds good.
It was pretty great. I was young and single. Not too many bills. 3 day weekend most weeks. What’s not to like? We made cranes. Manufacturers moved to NC from St. Paul MN.
Job ended when they sold out to competitors. They kept the 100+ year old company name and designs, and closed the facility. I miss the work.

We were 4 days on 2 days off. But did double shifts 3 or 4 out of our 4 day rotation. With the drive they were 18 or 19 hr days. Worst part was having to be in and on time after only getting a couple hrs sleep 3 or 4 days in a row. The money wasnt worth it when your missimg everything
