They used flash in their photo. You could try using flash. Should enhance its whiteness if it's an actual platinum. If it's not, probably will appear more grey/brown. Plus I've noticed platinum Senegals are more yellowish white. Not white white. So in a white environment, it could "appear" to look less white.
