I was thinking about covering it up with pond armor but i have to admit you guys are making me rethink it. I might just end up regretting it in the long runTo my untrained poly eye they look good in both to me. Granted I don't see them everyday.
That 3d BG might be more trouble than it's worth getting it off. I imagine you'd have residue all over the back.
Do you have any pics ? So you didnt like it ?Pond armor doesnt look near as good as painting the back imo. It has matte black look to me that isn't all that appealing.
I did my old cinder block pond like that and the back of a spare 10g to see what it looked like.
Thx man i think i'll hold off. Maybe once we get settled in i can test it out on one of the smaller spare tanksNot that I can share easily. Most of my old setups are hard disk or on old flipper phones. I've been thinking of buying a converter.
It did a great job sealing concrete, but had a dull finish. It went on fairly glossy, but over time became a matte color. I was debating on putting it on the back of a tank, but i didn't like it when I tried it on a 10g.
Granted they may have improved the formula by now, but that was my experience.
Well cant argue with two wives lol mine likes it tooHey frank just showed the wife your before and after shots that you posted on polypterus fanatics page and she agrees, keep the background
