Isla Taboga Panama via Milwaukee
Over 100 species of cichlids (over 50 spawned)
4 species of gobys
2 species of killifish
half + dozen species of catfish
over half dozen species of Anabatoids
many assorted live bearers, barbs, rainbows, and tetras (Cyprinids)
many US natives
probably many I've forgotten over 60 years of fish keeping
I try to spend at least 3 years with each species (sometimes more), if they have that length life span (many smaller species don't) to actually get to know about them.

I’ll just say a lot, probably near 50. I doubt I can recall everything from early on, I think I hit almost everything in the 1-10 aggression thread.

I don't know what impresses me more here, the fact that you've kept all those fish, or that you've written them all down.....scientific name as well!! Did you stay up all night writing that out? Lol.
It took me about two days to remember everything, I decided to finally compile the list of what I've kept out of boredom because my entire weekend was spent hopping between flights in out and around the country. I know most of the names either by heart or I just don't know the common names. The ones I didn't know I googled out of sheer OCD because having "chinese algae eater" "bala shark" "oto" and "dojo loach" pop up in a sea of sci names looked too off to me ?
I have also spawned 28 of the species I listed.
